Starting with brand story, audience and service mapping in the first two months, we lay strong foundations for your business from which you can create sustainable growth.
The following four months covers the strategic and marketing essentials, including income planning, building a pipeline, creative marketing and content ideas and a plan so you can leave the programme knowing what your growth actions are for the next six months.
You’ll get access across the whole six months to a sounding board, cheerleader, a pragmatic advisor and creative wellspring of Jodie, alongside the bespoke tools and business-as-unusual approach that the Allotment is known for. The programme launch price is from just £2,695 + vat and there are three slots available until the end of the March 2026.
